Join us for the second round of workshops exploring the market enablers for the Construction Innovation Hub’s #ValueToolkit Regional Value Drivers.

Constructing Excellence is working in partnership with the Construction Innovation Hub on the development of the Value Toolkit. The Value Toolkit provides a structured approach to embedding value-based decision-making in built-environment portfolios, programmes and projects. Constructing Excellence has long been a champion of delivering better outcomes through collaboration and recognises the limitations of existing delivery models in delivering value for all stakeholders in the built environment.

We want to bring together a group of key clients, policy makers and industry stakeholders to develop a ‘Regional Value Profile’ for Midlands Region. We will be working alongside the Construction Innovation Hub to define the Strategic Value Drivers in a regional context. Using the Value Definition Framework developed by the Hub, we will use these Strategic Value Drivers to develop and prioritise Outcome Statements that reflect the key issues to be considered in investments in the built environment in the region.

Following the workshop, the Hub will work to establish a Value Profile for the region that can be used to communicate these priorities through the value chain.
