Cathryn Greville – Supply Chain School
Cathryn is a leader, advocate and strategic change maker experienced at improving organisations and industries by driving cultural change through innovative strategy, stakeholder engagement, team leadership and project management. I am passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion and increasing accountability through sustainable business practices and corporate social responsibility. She currently leads the Fairness, Inclusion & Respect Programme for the UK construction and built environment sector, delivered through the Supply Chain Sustainability School and Action Sustainability.

Shazad has extensive knowledge and experience of Social Value and community engagement with a strong track record in strategy development and social value delivery for public and private sector clients across the UK.
Shazad has over 15 years’ experience delivering community engagement, social value, and ESG for a variety of large complex projects across the UK. As a Senior Social Value Manager for Arup in the Midlands, he supports regional teams, disciplines, and projects with their social value requirements and advises on local strategy development.
Shazad specialises in community and social impacts of schemes and articulating their social value, including engaging with stakeholders and the public.
