INTRODUCTION
Our aim is to enable infrastructure clients to deliver improved outcomes for communities across the Midlands by collaboratively working faster, greener, safer and smarter.
The Infrastructure Forum will bring together key players in infrastructure throughout the Midlands across operators (clients), contractors, suppliers, professional & educational bodies. A meeting place for confidential and constructive discussion about ways to promote the development of infrastructure networks in the Midlands through modernising the methods of industry collaboration utilising digital tools for knowledge sharing to drive efficiency and improved outcomes.
The expertise of its team, the knowledge and experience of its specialised working groups, and its excellent trusted relationships across the Midlands will all contribute to its effectiveness.
MISSION & PURPOSE
Improving lives of communities across the Midlands through improved infrastructure.
OBJECTIVE
To help improve the connectivity, collaboration between, the efficiency and effectiveness of businesses supporting infrastructure across the Midlands, in safety, sustainability, carbon, environment, social value and community engagement.
Identifying, agreeing and prioritising appropriate recommendations that contribute to its overall MISSION to be taken forward by the Forum; its members & working groups.
Overseeing implementation of the agreed recommendations falling to the Forum and assuring progress of all recommendations.
Taking forward any other related tasks identified by the Forum.
LOGISTICS
The Forum will meet on a quarterly basis, round table format.
Location – to be venues across the Midlands region
The Forum is chaired by Mark Lyddon.
Secretariat functions will be provided by CE Midlands and the forum members by arrangement.
Each organisation has equal single voting rights (this will be kept under review with any recommended changes being membership driven, ensuring balance across member organisation, organisational capability & drivers).

A review of the membership to ensure balance across CE groups in respect of diversity, capability, sector and forum scale will be undertaken periodically.
The forum will welcome new entrants from existing CE member organisations.
