In collaboration with partners across the built environment such as Peabody, Saint-Gobain and PGIM Real Estate, YouthBuild works with young people to build the skillsets and mindsets to develop paths to careers in the construction industry for disadvantaged 16 to 29 year old people, many of whom are at risk from social exclusion, those already excluded and young offenders.

CEO of YouthBuild Ventures UK, Shenaaz Chenia, will talk on establishing this global initiative in the UK. We will also hear from speakers from organisations who partner with YouthBuild about their experiences and ways in which they work with YouthBuild to strengthen communities and deliver broader social impact whilst addressing the construction skills gap.
