Duncan Sanders is Director of ATG Group – England. Duncan oversees all projects delivered in England including remediation, soil stabilisation, groundworks, subsidence, emerging contaminants, the eradication of invasive plant species, emergency chemical/oil response.

Duncan is a Hydrogeologist and a SiLC qualified contaminated land professional.

Janet Bayley is the Knowledge Transfer Manager for the National Brownfield Institute at the University of Wolverhampton’s School of Architecture and Built Environment.

Prior to this role, Janet worked as a residential and property director on international projects that included; biodiversity on coastal terrain, ecological rescue and cultural uses of indigenous plant life.

Since 2018, Andrew Carpenter has held the post of CEO of Constructing Excellence Midlands. He joined the UK construction industry in 1977 with CRH, and now helps to spearhead the drive for sustainable construction, advocating the use of more structural timber, with a fabric first approach.

Andrew is presently a member of the Construction Leadership Council Construct Zero board & sits on the Government’s Timber Construction Working Group.
