The post COVID-19 construction and property sector

Join us via Zoom to hear what Andrew Carpenter, Chief Executive of CE Midlands, has to say on what a post COVID-19 construction and property sector might look like. In association with Glenigan, Andrew was recently asked to address the Worcestershire LEP on the subject and this has resulted in other LEPs and councils taking an interest in his findings, most notably Cornwall, Gloucestershire, Dorset and Birmingham.

Andrew has been working with CESW member company, Dowlas, to investigate the affect the coronavirus will have on future office space, residential and other accommodation requirements which should lead to an interesting discussion and debate.
