Terms of Reference:
We received the priorities of the national Construction Clients’ Leadership Group and decided to base our terms of reference on these as follows:
- To support members in demonstrating best value, excellent H & S risk management and predictability of outcome.
- To provide a platform to champion our members, their work and their leadership.
- To ensure members are kept abreast of the latest best practice information, guidance and industry developments in a timely and accessible manner through the CE Midlands website and quarterly meetings e.g. Building Safety Act, Gold Standard, EPC, Retrofit etc.
- To provide a platform to articulate client needs and expectations to the supply chain. To emphasize the influence of this group the ‘spend’ will be aggregated and communicated to the supply chain.
- To champion best practice in skills development and competency.
